Common Issues & Fixes

Issue Likely Cause Fix
No confirmation email Email in spam folder or wrong email entered Check spam folder. Log in to your account to verify status.
Cannot log in Wrong email or password Use the password reset function on the Login page.
Application stuck on "Submitted" Normal — processing takes up to 3 working days Wait. Do not submit a duplicate application.
Wrong passport number entered Typo during application Request modification if not yet submitted to Home Office. Otherwise, cancel and reapply.
Duplicate application submitted Submitted twice by mistake Cancel the duplicate. Contact us for refund assessment.
Payment taken but no application Browser closed during submission or payment error Log in to check if application was created. If not, contact us with payment reference.
Application denied Determined by UK Home Office Check denial email for reason. You may need a visa instead. We cannot appeal on your behalf.
