How the Cancellation Process Works
Log in and select your application
Your active applications will be listed on the dashboard.
Select "Request Cancellation"
You will be asked to confirm and provide a reason.
Receive confirmation
Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours. Eligible refunds are issued within 5–10 working days.
Common Cancellation Reasons

| Change of travel plans | Cancel and reapply when your plans are confirmed |
| Duplicate application | Cancel the duplicate — assessed case by case for refund |
| Incorrect information | Try modifying first — cancellation may not be necessary |
| No longer need an ETA | Cancel if not yet submitted to Home Office for full refund |
