Select your nationality from the dropdown list. This information is used to determine the visa requirements and applicable fees.

Select the type of visa you're applying for. The various types include different durations and entry types. Make sure to choose the one that matches your travel plans.

Please select the date you will be arriving at your destination. This date will help us determine the validity period of your visa.

Enter your first name and middle name exactly as they appear in your passport, using letters A-Z.

Enter your last name exactly as it appears in your passport, using letters A-Z. If you don't have a last name, enter "N/A."

Select your date of birth from the dropdown menus. Make sure this matches the date of birth listed in your passport.

Enter your email address. We'll use this to send you updates about your application. You won't be enrolled in any promotional messages unless you click the checkbox below.

Select the nationality as it appears on your passport. This must match the nationality on the passport you're using for this application.

Check this box if you want to skip entering your passport information at this moment. You'll need to provide this information later to complete your application.

Track Application Status

You need to log in to your account to track your application. No phone calls. No ticket systems. Self-service only.

Status Definitions

Once logged in, your application will show one of the following statuses. Here is what each one means — no jargon.

Status What It Means What You Should Do
Submitted Application received and queued for processing Nothing. Wait for it to move to the next stage.
Under Review The UK Home Office is reviewing your application Nothing. Do not submit a duplicate application.
Approved Your ETA has been granted Check your email for the confirmation. Your ETA is linked to your passport.
Denied Your application was not approved Check your email for the reason. You may need to apply for a visa instead.
Additional Info Required The Home Office needs more information from you Check your email and respond within the given timeframe.
Cancelled You or the system cancelled this application If unintentional, submit a new application.

How Tracking Works

Email Notifications

Every status change triggers an automatic email to the address you provided. Check your spam folder if you have not received one.

Account Dashboard

Log in to see real-time status, submission date, and any actions required. No need to contact us — the data is there.

Common Tracking Questions

My status has not changed for 3 days.

Most applications are processed within 72 hours. Some require extended review (up to 10 working days). This is controlled by the UK Home Office, not by us.

I cannot find my confirmation email.

Check your spam/junk folder. If still not found, log in to your account — the status is always available there.

Can I speed up the process?

No. We do not offer "rush" or "priority" processing. All applications go through the same standardised queue at the UK Home Office.
